Function characteristics of anticorrosive input liquid level transmitter
The long-term stability of fullness and zero position can reach 0.2% FS / year. The temperature drift is less than 0.2% FS in the compensation temperature range of 0 ~ 70 ℃, and less than 0.5% FS in the whole allowable working temperature range.
It has reverse protection and current limiting protection circuit. When the positive and negative poles are connected reversely, the transmitter will not be damaged. When abnormal, the feeder will automatically limit the current within 35mA.

Debugging method of anticorrosive input liquid level transmitter
Screw off the protective cover, you can see the zero adjustment and full range resistor, external standard power supply and ammeter (more than 0.2 pole), you can adjust, the steps are as follows:
When there is no liquid in the transmitter, adjust the zero resistor to make the output current 4mA,
Fill the transmitter with liquid to the full range, adjust the full range resistor to make the output current 20mA,
Repeat the above steps two or three times until the signal is normal.
After adjustment, tighten the protective cover.
