Ug-1 and ug-2 glass tube level meters are local level measuring instruments, which are mainly used to directly indicate the liquid level height of medium in various tanks, towers, tanks and tanks in various industrial fields. For corrosive medium, the instrument is made of 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel or PTFE packing.
Structure principle of glass tube level gauge
The instrument is equipped with G3 / 4 "or M27 × 1.5 threaded joints on the upper and lower valves. It is connected with the container through flange to form a connector. The height of liquid level in the container can be directly displayed through glass tube.
Steel balls are installed in the upper and lower valves of the instrument. When the glass tube is broken due to an accident, the steel ball will block the passage under the pressure in the container, so that the container will be automatically sealed to prevent the liquid in the container from continuing to flow out.
The valve end of the instrument is equipped with a blocking hole screw, which can be used for sampling or for discharging residual liquid in the instrument during maintenance.

Installation and use of glass tube level gauge
Except for the valve, the other parts of the instrument are in bulk. Users can install the instrument one by one according to the general assembly drawing. See the general assembly drawing.
In order to ensure that the pressure of the valve stem is not less than 0.4 MPa at the top of the valve stem, when the valve stem is opened, the pressure of the valve rod should not be greater than 0.4 MPa when the valve rod is opened.
