If there are any obstacles in the free space, such as structural stiffeners and pipes with a diameter greater than 2 ", the radar wave will be interfered and the measurement effect will be affected. In the installation, attention should be paid to avoid obstacles in the free space.

The position antenna shown in the figure has been installed in the nozzle. During installation, special attention should be paid to the use of level gauge to ensure that the inclination angle between antenna and meter head and tank center line meets the requirements.
1.2.2 installation method of electrical part

B. signal connection. The radar level gauge is connected to the upper computer through TRL / 2 fieldbus, field communication unit FCU and Fieldbus modem FB M. FBM converts TRL / 2 moclbus signal into iis232 signal. Each TRL / 2 bus can connect 8 units. When the transmitter and i'rl / 2 bus are connected to the upper computer, the transmitter is configured and initialized by Saab Tankmaster / vinsetup / winopi software, and the liquid level, volume and temperature of the medium in the tank are monitored in real time.
